These Shoot-Long brand, extra long, premium quality, USA made soft cases are constructed with:

• 1000 Cordura Nylon shell (water resistant and sturdy)
• Elastic loops inside the side pocket
• Full 1 1/2″ of dual density foam on each side
• Huge #10 USA YKK zippers (zippers are full length and case can be laid flat)
• 2″ one piece wraparound handles that are positioned forward so your rifle will actually sit level.  Leather velcro closure.
• 1 1/4″ web spine with D ring to lock the zipper
• 8″X15″ pocket with dual #10 YKK zipper pulls
• ID window
• Super soft brushed nylon tricot lining inside
• Dimensions are inside measurements – 56″X12″( This will fit up to a 32″ barrel w/brake and a LOP stock of 14 1/2″) Overall rifle length of 55″ and have an inch to spare

These are the highest quality soft cases you can buy.  My soft cases are long and specifically made to fit up to a 32″ barreled, custom long range rifle with big optics, bipod and a muzzle brake. It will accommodate an overall rifle length of 55″ and have about an inch to spare. Another great feature is that the handles are positioned far enough forward that when carrying your rifle it will be level and not have the nose dragging on the ground.

Most other soft cases that are long are designed around a 50 BMG.  Mine will hold your rifle snuggly and not let it float around inside of it like a drag bag does.  Drag bags are heavy, way to big and do not hold your rifle snug even with those loops inside.  Hard sided cases are super expensive, super heavy and inconvenient.  Not to mention they take up a ton of space in your truck.  The only time you NEED a hard case is if you are flying.
